You don’t have to commit to a large engagement right away.
Before we work together on a full engagement, we’ll create your Agency Operating System. Think of this initial discovery project as a period for us to get a feel for working together and to make sure you know all Notion's capabilities (and limitations).
During this time, I’ll interview up to three key team members on your operational needs with Notion. I’ll record these meetings and share them with you for future reference. I’ll use these insights to generate a detailed outline of how I would build your Notion workspace. This detailed outline will include a breakdown of the databases, views, integrations, pages, and templates I would include, along with a few visual examples.
This outline is yours to keep, even if you decide to develop your Notion workspace by yourself.
