Build With Me

Weekly coaching for you and your team. We take a workflow that actually matters this week and rebuild it together in Notion and Claude, so you learn the tools on your own operation rather than on someone else’s demo.

10 spots, hard cap
If you came looking for agency workspaces

I stopped building workspaces for people. This is what replaced it.

For ten years I built Notion workspaces for agencies, consultancies, venture and private equity firms, and early-stage teams. More than a hundred of them.

The ones that lasted were never the best-designed ones. They were the ones where the team understood why it was built that way. Everything I handed over finished decayed the moment the business changed, because the reasoning behind it left with me. So I stopped selling the build and started teaching the diagnosis, which is the only version that survives contact with a business that keeps moving.

What you get

One session a week, on your actual work.

The session

60 to 90 minutes, weekly

We pick a workflow that is costing you time this week and rebuild it together, live. Not a lesson about a feature. Your operation, changed by the end of the call.

Between sessions

Async support

You will hit something mid-build on a Wednesday. Send it over. This is where most of the actual learning lands, because it happens at the moment you are stuck.

Your team

Anyone can sit in

No per-seat pricing and no gatekeeping. The person who will run the thing after you should be in the room while it gets built.

How a week runs

The rhythm is the whole point.

Most teams use a fraction of what Notion and Claude can do, and the gap is rarely features. It is knowing which of your problems they solve. That only closes by repetition on real work.

1
Before the call

You name what is costing you

One workflow that cost you real hours this week. Not the most interesting one. The one you brace for.

2
The session

We rebuild it together

I do not take it away and return it finished. You drive, I explain the reasoning as we go, and we ship something working before the call ends.

3
The rest of the week

You run it, and it breaks somewhere

It always does. That is the useful part. You send the question, I answer, and the fix sticks because you made it.

4
Next week

The next most costly thing

Working down your own list in the order the Operating Stack sets. After a few rounds you stop needing me for that class of problem entirely, which is the outcome I am selling.

Honest fit

Who this works for.

A good fit if
  • You want your team to be able to build without you, or without me.
  • You have recurring work that eats real hours and you can name it.
  • You will show up weekly and do the work between sessions.
  • You would rather understand the decision than receive the deliverable.
Not a good fit if
  • You want it built for you and handed over. That is the Audit, not this.
  • You want a one-off session. The value is in the repetition, not the hour.
  • Nobody on your side has time to be in the room each week.
  • You are shopping for a tool rather than fixing an operation.
Where this sits

Three ways in, and this is the deepest.

The Self-Audit

Free, about eight minutes, nothing collected. Score your five layers and find out which one is actually costing you. Start here if you are not sure.

The Operating Stack Audit

One-time. I map your whole operation, cost every recurring workflow in hours, and hand back a written report with a sequenced roadmap. You keep the map whether or not we work together again.

Build With Me
You are here

Ongoing. Weekly sessions where we rebuild your workflows together until your team can do it without me. Ten spots.

Tell me what is costing you right now.

Email me with one workflow that eats real hours every week. If it is a fit I will say so, and if the Audit or the community would serve you better I will say that instead.
