Privacy Policy

learnchangedo.org (the "Site") is published by Gabriel Fernandez Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company, under the name LearnChangeDo ("LearnChangeDo," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect through the Site, what we do with it, and what choices you have.

The short version: we collect very little, we do not run a mailing list, we do not sell data, and the Self-Audit never sends us your answers. We do use standard website analytics, which is described in full below. The detail matters, so please read it.

1. Scope

LearnChangeDo is a one-person practice. “We” in this policy means Gabriel Fernandez Consulting LLC, the company — not a team.

This policy covers the Site only. It does not cover third-party platforms we link to or use, including Skool.com (which hosts our paid community), Medium, or LinkedIn. Those platforms collect and process information under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Use, which include important disclaimers and limitations of liability.

The Site is intended for business users in the United States. It is not directed to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and we do not offer goods or services to, or monitor the behavior of, individuals in those regions through the Site.

2. What We Collect

2.1 Information you send us directly

If you email us — including through the pre-filled email links on the Site — we receive whatever you choose to include, typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use it to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation. Nothing on the Site requires you to give us an email address in order to read content or use the Self-Audit.

Some of those email links invite you to describe your operation — your team size, the tools you use, a workflow that costs you time, and what you estimate it costs. We treat that business information as confidential. We use it only to respond to you, to assess fit, and to perform services you engage us for. We do not publish it, sell it, share it with other clients, or use it to build templates, products, or training materials. Section 10 of our Terms of Use sets out this commitment in full.

Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send us passwords or credentials, financial account numbers, or personal information about your employees or customers.

2.2 The Operating Stack Self-Audit — nothing

The Operating Stack Self-Audit runs entirely in your browser. There is no account, no email step, and no form submission. Your answers are scored on your own device, and your answers, scores, and any PDF you generate are never transmitted to us, our host, or anyone else. We keep no record of your responses because we never receive them, and there is nothing for us to retrieve, disclose, or delete.

Like every other page on the Site, the Self-Audit page itself is measured by our hosting platform and by Google Analytics, as described in Section 2.3. That measurement records that a page was viewed — it does not capture your answers, your scores, or the contents of your PDF.

If you choose to email us about your result afterward — including attaching the PDF yourself — that email is handled under Section 2.1, like any other message you send us.

2.3 Information collected automatically

The Site is hosted on Squarespace, which automatically records standard technical information when you visit: IP address (used to derive an approximate, city-level location), browser type and settings, device type, referring page, and which pages you viewed and when.

In addition, the Site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-LH3T6QLHFB) across all pages. Google Analytics collects similar technical and usage information — including a randomly generated device identifier, IP address, pages viewed, session duration, and general location — and processes it on Google's systems under Google's own privacy policy. Google may use this information in accordance with its terms. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing Google's browser opt-out add-on or by blocking the relevant cookies and scripts in your browser.

Some pages that include forms also load Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, a Google service that helps distinguish real visitors from automated abuse. Its use is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms.

We use analytics information in aggregate, to understand how the Site is used. We do not use it to try to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with any other information about you.

2.4 Cookies

The Site sets a small number of cookies through our hosting platform:

Strictly necessary

  • crumb (set by Squarespace) — security; protects against cross-site request forgery.

  • reCAPTCHA cookies (set by Google) — abuse prevention, on pages that include a form.

Analytics

  • ss_cvr (set by Squarespace) — distinguishes returning visitors.

  • ss_cvt (set by Squarespace) — measures visit duration.

  • Google Analytics cookies (names beginning with _ga) — may be set, depending on how Google Analytics is configured, to distinguish visitors and maintain session state.

Our hosting platform and Google may set additional or renamed cookies from time to time. The list above reflects what we observe in ordinary use and is not a guarantee of a complete list.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, cross-site advertising trackers, social media tracking pixels, or advertising conversion tags. We do not run Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, or similar tools, and we do not run Google Ads conversion tracking.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookie may prevent parts of the Site from working correctly.

2.5 The Learn Notion Accelerator community

Our paid community, Learn Notion Accelerator, is hosted on Skool.com. When you join, Skool collects and processes your account information and your payment details directly, as its own controller, under Skool's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We never receive or store your payment card information. Through Skool's interface we can see member profile information and community activity in the ordinary course of running the community.

3. What We Do Not Do

To be explicit:

  • We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information for money or other valuable consideration.

  • We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

  • We do not run a newsletter, email list, or marketing automation sequence from this Site, and you will not be added to one by visiting it or by using the Self-Audit.

  • We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

  • We do not run advertising on the Site or use your information to target ads to you anywhere else.

  • We do not knowingly collect information from children (see Section 8).

4. How We Use What We Collect

We use the limited information described above only to:

  • respond to your emails and inquiries, and to provide services you ask us for;

  • understand aggregate Site usage so we can improve the content and structure;

  • operate, maintain, and secure the Site, and detect and prevent abuse; and

  • comply with legal obligations or enforce our Terms of Use.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your information, and we share it only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. Squarespace hosts the Site; Google provides analytics and abuse prevention as described in Section 2.3; our email provider carries our email. They process information in connection with providing those services, under their own terms.

  • Skool. As described in Section 2.5, for community members only, and as its own controller.

  • Legal and safety. If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.

  • Business transfer. If the business is merged, acquired, or its assets sold, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

6. Retention

We do not retain Self-Audit responses, because we never receive them. Emails you send us are kept as long as reasonably necessary to respond, to document the conversation and any resulting engagement, and to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to our hosting provider's standard practices. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or let it expire in the ordinary course.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Because the Site collects so little, most requests are simple. Email gabe@learnchangedo.org and we will:

  • tell you what personal information about you we actually hold (usually: prior email correspondence, and nothing else);

  • correct anything inaccurate; or

  • delete it, unless we are required to keep it for legal, tax, or record-keeping reasons.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for making one.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Texas residents: we do not sell personal data and do not process sensitive data for sale. If you believe we have not resolved a request satisfactorily, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact the Texas Attorney General's office.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. The Site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, which have no agreed standard. Because we do not sell or share personal data for targeted advertising, there is nothing for a universal opt-out signal to opt you out of.

8. Children

The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the limited information we handle, and we deliberately reduce risk by collecting as little as possible — most notably, by designing the Self-Audit so that sensitive operational details never leave your browser. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Email in particular is not a secure medium; please do not send us passwords, financial account numbers, or other highly sensitive information by email.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Site evolves. The version date at the end of this policy reflects the most recent revision, and changes take effect when posted. If we make a material change to how we handle personal information, we will make that clear on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
