Terms of Use

Effective Date: August 23, 2026 Last Updated: August 23, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of learnchangedo.org and any related pages, content, and tools we make available on it (together, the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by Gabriel Fernandez Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company, under the name LearnChangeDo ("LearnChangeDo," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

LearnChangeDo is a project of Gabriel Fernandez Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Through the Site we publish educational content about Notion, Claude, and operational systems; provide free self-guided tools, including the Operating Stack Self-Audit; describe our paid professional services; and link to our paid membership community, Learn Notion Accelerator, which is hosted on a third-party platform.

LearnChangeDo is a one-person practice. “We” in this document means Gabriel Fernandez Consulting LLC, the company — not a team.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for business and professional use by adults. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that, if you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Permission to Use the Site

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site and to read, share links to, and reference its content for your own personal use or the internal business use of your organization. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

  • reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit the Site or its content, including the "Operating Stack" framework, the Self-Audit, and any related materials, without our prior written permission;

  • present our frameworks, methods, or materials as your own, or use them to deliver competing training, coaching, audits, or consulting services;

  • use any automated means — including scrapers, crawlers, bots, or data-extraction tools — to access, copy, or collect content from the Site, except for well-behaved search-engine indexing;

  • use the Site or its content to train, fine-tune, or ground any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model or system;

  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access-control features of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it;

  • interfere with the operation of the Site or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

4. The Operating Stack Self-Audit

The Operating Stack Self-Audit (the "Self-Audit") is a free, self-guided educational tool. It runs entirely in your browser, and we do not receive your answers.

The Self-Audit produces scores, hour estimates, cost figures, and suggested next steps that are rough, directional approximations generated from the answers you provide. They are not measurements, not an audit in the accounting or professional sense, and not an analysis of your actual operation.

We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any estimate, score, projection, or recommendation produced by the Self-Audit is accurate, or that you will achieve any particular result, time savings, cost savings, revenue, or other outcome. Any figures shown are illustrative only. Your results depend on factors outside our knowledge and control, including the accuracy of your inputs and how you choose to act on them. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the Self-Audit.

5. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site — including articles, frameworks, the Self-Audit, and any general guidance — is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, personalized consulting advice or legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment, employment, or other professional advice for your specific situation, and it does not create a consulting or professional relationship between us. Before acting on anything you find here, consult a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

6. Professional Services and Engagements

We describe paid professional services on the Site, including the Operating Stack Audit and Build With Me coaching.

Descriptions of services on the Site are informational and are not an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, scope, availability, seat counts, and terms shown on the Site are current as of posting, may change at any time, and do not bind us until confirmed in writing. No engagement begins, and no contract for services is formed, until we and you have agreed in writing on scope and fees. Where a separate engagement agreement, proposal, or statement of work is signed, that document governs the services and controls over these Terms to the extent of any conflict. Our engagement documents incorporate these Terms by reference, and by signing one you confirm that you have read and accept them.

6.1 Operating Stack Audit — Fee Guarantee

We publish a guarantee in connection with the Operating Stack Audit. For clarity, and notwithstanding any shorter summary of it appearing elsewhere on the Site, that guarantee operates as follows:

  • When it may be exercised. At the conclusion of the working session and before the written report is delivered to you, you may notify us that you do not believe the written report will be worth the agreed fee.

  • Effect. If you do so, the engagement ends at that point, the written report is not delivered, and no fee is due.

  • When it expires. The election must be made at that time. It is not available after the written report has been delivered to you, in whole or in part.

  • Sole remedy. Cancellation of the fee as described above is your sole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee. It is not a refund of amounts paid for other services, is not transferable, and does not apply to any other engagement.

Any credit of an Audit fee toward a subsequent coaching engagement applies only if we agree to it in writing, applies once, has no cash value, and is forfeited if the guarantee above is exercised.

7. Learn Notion Accelerator

Our paid membership community, Learn Notion Accelerator, is hosted and operated on Skool.com, a third-party platform. Your membership is governed by Skool's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, together with any community guidelines we communicate to members. Enrollment, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and account management are handled by Skool, not by us. We do not process or store your payment information. We may change the community's price, content, structure, or availability, or discontinue it, at any time.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Links

The Site links to third-party platforms and websites, including Skool, Medium, and LinkedIn. We do not control those platforms, do not endorse their content by linking to them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party platform is solely between you and that platform.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content on it — including text, frameworks, methodologies, names, logos, graphics, layout, design, code, and the Self-Audit tool — are owned by Gabriel Fernandez Consulting LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws. "LearnChangeDo," "The Operating Stack," "Operating Stack Audit," "Build With Me," and "Learn Notion Accelerator" are marks of Gabriel Fernandez Consulting LLC. Notion, Claude, Skool, Squarespace, and other third-party names are the marks of their respective owners, and their use here is descriptive only and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

10. Feedback, and Information You Send Us

Feedback about our content and services. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Site, our content, our frameworks, or our services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sublicensable license to use and incorporate it for any purpose, without obligation, attribution, or compensation to you.

Information about your own business is different. The license above does not apply to information about your operation — your workflows, tools, processes, costs, headcount, documents, or Self-Audit results — that you send us when inquiring about our services or during an engagement ("Your Business Information").

We treat Your Business Information as confidential. We use it only to respond to you, to assess whether we are a fit, and to perform services you engage us for. We do not publish it, sell it, share it with other clients, or use it — in identifiable form, or as the basis for a reusable asset — to build templates, products, or training materials. Where we write or teach about patterns we have seen across many operations, we do so in general terms that neither identify you nor reveal your specific information. This commitment survives any termination of your use of the Site.

Please still use judgment about what you send. Email is not a secure channel, so do not send us passwords or credentials, financial account numbers, personal information about your employees or customers, or anything covered by a confidentiality obligation you owe someone else. If your organization needs a signed confidentiality agreement before you share detail, say so and we will sign one.

11. Availability and Changes to the Site

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Site or any part of it — including the Self-Audit and any described service — at any time, without notice and without liability to you. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we are not obligated to preserve or provide access to any content.

12. Accessibility

We want this Site to be usable by everyone. It is built to meet the color-contrast and readability requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we test against them. We do not claim that the Site conforms to every WCAG success criterion at all times, and accessibility work is ongoing.

If any part of the Site is difficult for you to use, or you need content in a different format, email gabe@learnchangedo.org and tell us what you ran into. We will work with you to provide the information or functionality you need by another means.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, AND MATERIALS ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; THAT THE SITE OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR THAT ANY CONTENT, ESTIMATE, SCORE, PROJECTION, OR RECOMMENDATION — INCLUDING ANY PRODUCED BY THE SELF-AUDIT — IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT IN YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES.

YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GABRIEL FERNANDEZ CONSULTING LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, THE SELF-AUDIT, OR THESE TERMS — WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU ACTUALLY PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. These limitations are a fundamental basis of the bargain between us, and they apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gabriel Fernandez Consulting LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or any decision or action you take based on content or estimates from the Site.

16. Governing Law, Venue, and Time to Bring Claims

(This section fixes where and when a dispute can be brought. It is optional to include, but removing it means a claim could be filed against us anywhere.)

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

Any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site and our services evolve. The version date at the end of these Terms reflects the most recent revision. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Please review them periodically.

18. General

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site, and supersede any prior understandings about it. A signed engagement agreement, if any, governs the services it covers.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Electronic communications. When you use the Site or email us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create rights in anyone other than you and us.

Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Survival. Sections 3, 4, 5, 6.1, and 9 through 18 survive any termination of your use of the Site.
